I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne położone nad Nilem. Zmieściliśmy się tu swobodnie w 7 osób i swiętowaliśmy 70te urodziny mojej cioci. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane było pare minut od pętli autobusoweh " GO BUS", co sprawiło, że po przyjeździe z Luksoru mieliśmy bardzo łatwe (5min) dojście do mieszkania. Daje 5 gwiazdek na standardy egipskie. Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny i elastyczny. Nam się podobało i jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu:)

It was my second time staying at this place. Everything was great. It is centrally located in downtown, there is wifi, hot water, clean beds, and a large floor plan. the balcony is huge and comfortable as well. I just didn't have any negative experiences here. if you are in Cairo, book this place. there is privacy and the host is very responsive and kind.

Rania's apartment is a pearl in the heart of Cairo. Believe it or not. Quiet and yet in the middle of all you can dream off. The apartment is extremely stylish and you feel home instantly. Such wonderful taste. Don't think twice. Just book.

Quartier bien fréquenté. Nomads Nests très arrangeant, à l'écoute, Je le recommande vivement. Ma sœur et ses enfants vous remercient infiniment.

Beautiful apartment, good location and super responsive host. Easy self check-in

My family and I had a great stay here. We were heavily delayed so arrived very late but the host was amazing and came out in the middle of the night to help us. The apartment is very authentic, well positioned and most important the air con worked! There is a cafe on the ground floor which made grabbing a bite to eat very easy and there are several shops within a very short walk. Would recommend to anyone visit Cairo.

Great apartment in a centralized location in Egypt. Onsi is a wonderful host. Apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. Well heated and very spacious. It has incredible views and is very close to great food options that open late. It’s in the same building as a brand new coffee shop. It’s in a great/safe part of town and is very secure. Definitely will be back.

우리는 3대 가족이 머물었는데 모두 편안하게 지냈습니다. 모든것이 갖춰져있었고 웰컴상자 안에 적당한 필요물품들이 준비되어있습니다. 특히 깨끗한 이불이 준비되어있는것에 놀랐습니다!! 집도 정말 멋져요. 모든방면으로 완벽한 숙소입니다.

المره الاولى اللي انزل فيها مصر عن طريق air bnb بالعادة فنادق .. الشقه فاقت التوقعات من نظافه من راحه نفسيه فيها وكل شيء تحتاجه ونفس الوصف تحس انك في بيتك والخدمات من الاستاذ معتز كل شوي يرسل ويسأل يعني يخليك تنحرج من اخلاقه الله يسعده .. بيكون تعاملي دائم مع الاستاذ معتز ان شاءالله شكراً لك على حسن الضيافه ويعطيك العافيه وربي يوفقك .

Super accueil. Maged a été tres prévenant. Ils nous a offert plusieurs repas. Il a toujours été là pour nous. C’est une personne vraiment adorable. L appartement est tres bien équipé et propre. Il est situé dans le vieux caire. On recommande tres fortement ce logement. Merci beaucoup Maged

Bassem is a really good host. He is very friendly and helpful and reacts super fast. His apartment is amazing. We stayed there for the second time and it has a lot of space and an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants reachable in walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed my stay. The flat felt just like home and was as described. Sherry was really responsive and made sure that I had all I need. Definitely a place to consider in Maadi :)
