If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

The house overlooks the sea and the mountains. Some days you may even see whales gliding by out on the water, right from the living room or bedroom. It is a home with soul. Originally built in the 70s in classic Greenlandic style which is today furnished with modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. It is ready to rent with new paint, heat pump, click flooring, small kitchen and various furniture. Feel free to ask by email. There is no water, i.e. no bath the toilet is a dry toilet. When renting, there are 20 litres of clean water, and if you want more, the tap house is 150 metres from the house. It is not a luxury house, but for you who want to try to stay in a slightly older, genuine Greenlandic house.
