It is a 30 m² micro-house on the ground floor, with a suite, mosquito net, air conditioning, complete trousseau, fully equipped pantry / kitchen and a parking space, in an excellent location.

Tradicional house that was renovated in 2022 to receive guests looking for a privileged location and comfort next to the Quadrado. The suite has a Queen bed, 50" TV, mosquito net, air-conditioning and Egyptian cotton sheets. The kitchen is newly equipped, with a wine cella. The outdoor area has a hammock, heated hot tub with chromotherapy and a coffee area.
