The apartment is well-located. It's on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs. On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher shop across the street, stores, etc. The apartment is close to downtown Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the city's main hospital. It has 1 parking space. The outdoor areas are under renovation, so it is still ugly. I ask for your understanding because the apartment will be worth it. A spectacular house with amazing décor and plenty of comfort, offering 2 en-suite bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs and balconies, as well as a kitchen, a TV/living room, and a powder room. We offer a complete set of linens, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The house is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historic centre, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive. We have an amazing view and we are in a region of a lot of nature.
