Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

De woning beschikt over een prachtige gemeenschappelijke tuin waar er zich 2 zwembaden bevinden die niet seizoensgebonden zijn. De woning beschikt over 3 terrassen. Het grootste terras vooraan heeft een vaste BBQ en een volledige zonnewering. Het Salon en de 2 slaapkamers hebben elk een airco en ventilatoren. Er is WiFi in de woning en IPTV. De keuken beschikt over een elektrisch fornuis, microgolfoven, oven, Senseo, frigo/diepvriezer. Verder is er ook een wasmachine toegankelijk voor gebruik.

Vue imprenable sur la "Marquesa Golf", réaménagé en 2022. Petit studio douillet pour deux personnes. Piscine communautaire très calme, à quelques pas du logement. Petit centre à 5 minutes, fourni de bars, restaurants (à divers budgets), takeaway, distributeur de billets, commerces... J accepte des petits chiens et pas des grands, merci pour votre compréhension.
