From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the warm atmosphere, where the elegance of the past meets modern comfort. Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Located 500m from the D649 road and at the entrance of the Avesnois Regional Park, the accommodation offers all the amenities for a pleasant time. You will be in 5 minutes in Maubeuge, 20 mins in Mons and Valenciennes, 45 mins from Lille and 1 hour from Brussels. The village has various local shops: Cocci Market supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc. A parking space is available right in front, as well as the option to store bicycles in our garage.
