The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Semi detached house located in one way street. Very quiet area at 300m from the sea, 3km from Veules-Les-Roses, 7km from Saint-Valéry-en-Caux and 25km from Dieppe. There is a bakery, a restaurant and a bar in the village at 3 minutes walk from the house. The whole appliances in the house are new. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, an oven and microwave, a washing machine + an iron and ironing table. Linen are included but not towels.

In the heart of the Caux countryside, near the famous village of Veules-les-Roses, we welcome you to a cottage resulting from the complete transformation of a carpentry workshop. You will find authentic materials, vintage tools and some surprises integrated into a comfortable and spacious home. This cottage is part of the history of our family of carpenters and thus gives life to a building doomed to demolition.

In the sought-after village of Offranville located near the municipality of Dieppe in Normandy, second in the Figaro classification of the cities where it is good to live in Seine-Maritime, our farmhouse, recently renovated and painted in the colors of the Hotel Normandy de Deauville, is located 5 minutes from the sea in a relaxing, exotic environment and close to many tourist sites as well as main amenities.

Quietly, on the heights of Pourville, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, house comprising a living room (access to the 2 terraces) with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge) sitting area with wood stove. 2 bedrooms ( one with a bed of 180 can be transformed into 2 beds of 90, the other with a bed of 140) a shower room (basin, towel dryer), separate toilet.
