Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

In a preserved setting in the heart of Seine and Marne, 35 minutes by train to Paris and 1/2 hour from Disneyland Paris, the Maurevert gîte welcomes you all year round. You will stay in a traditional, refurbished, detached house. The cottage is not suitable for hosting noisy evenings or parties, we want to preserve the neighborhood and ourselves because we live next door... 2 additional beds by selecting the listing Gîte de Maurevert XL (mezzanine in addition)

Very nice and quiet apartment near Disney.

Welcome to our lovely apartment, located in the countryside and quiet. You will find a floor area of about 40 m2; in duplex, it includes a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed and with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Possibility of access to the outdoor garden with pool. Private parking is also accessible. We are close to Paris, Disneyland, Provins, Parc des Félins.
