For bookings 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost. Parking spaces are only for 1BR and 2BR, but if we have one available we'll be more than happy to provide you with a parking space downstairs.
