This is my third time staying at Ipana but first time at the Enrique’s place. Great spacious apartment, comfortable furniture. The neighbourhood, condo facilities are amazing. Security staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here.

I loved my stay! The room is very clean, and it’s located in a very nice surrounding. Many coffee shops and cute restaurants around the area. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and super responsive. Thank you Jay!

Had a great stay at Mereh's place! The grounds and pool area were lovely. It is in a bit of a quiet area so transportation is necessary. We were fine riding bikes into town and the beach area. There is a new road (not far from the condo) from Aldea Zama to the beach which was great for riding the bikes as there was no traffic at all. The communication from Mereh was great and he was very helpful with recommendations.

The condominium is first level, the pools, the cenote, gym and the sauna very good, the environment full of vegetation is spectacular, they wanted to spend the day inside the condominium, but I had enough to know. 100% recommended location

I would definitely stay here again! Layout is difficult to tell from pics. When you walk in, the stairs to the rooftop are right there. There’s also a full bathroom on the rooftop and 3 loungers plus the pool. I used this area a lot and it’s very private, with sun much of the day. Pros: -Location (which is subjective) but 5 minutes to a grocery store, just under 10 minutes to the beach and less than 5 minutes to 5th ave and the mall. Numerous restaurants around and Oxxo right across the street. -Everything was extremely clean -Plenty of storage and closet space. -AC was cold and I was never warm. -Water worked well my entire stay; both pressure and temperature. -2 smart tv’s. -WiFi was fast and I was easily able to do video calls for work without issue. -Enough kitchen utensils and whatnot to cook. -Iron and blow dryer present. Cons: -Not a lot of kitchen cabinet space (which is fine if you’re not really buying groceries). -Gym was kind of small but useable.

I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb vs some of the other ones at Awa she provides so many things for you that its so well worth it. This unit is on the 2nd floor and in the middle of the building, making it conveniently within walking distance to the back and front lobby area. Olivia is a great communicator and always so helpful when I asked for recommendations. She also had bikes for us that we could use that was so nice to bike around Playacar. Everything was very clean. Our unit also came with a very convenient parking spot. Also because we stayed a month we got a cleaning service done weekly which was very nice to come back to a spotless house with clean linens. The sun hits perfectly on the balcony around 10:00a-3:00p which was very nice during nap time. :) The monitor reached out to the balcony distance so that was very enjoyable. Internet was very strong, we worked on the computer and on our cell phones while the 2 yr old got to watch YouTube on the tv.

What a wonderful place! Marilu's condo was stylish, well-equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. We also really enjoyed the large grounds, the magnificient pool (its huge!) and the close access to the beach. The complex even has a gym and a small shop. Marilu was super attentive and responsive throughout, great host. Overall, we had a great time and can highly recommend Marilu's place!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Excellent place for family vacations. Only a small detail the beds are not queen, are size of a double bed and an observation the climates need maintenance from there outside it is a nice house and a lot of very nice security the place would go back to spend my vacation again in the same place .

We had a great time at Agustin's air bnb! The photos posted are true to life and the serenity is as peaceful as it appears in the photos. Agustin was also very communicative and prompt with the messages; from start to finish of all of the booking, arriving, leaving stages. Any questions we had, they had answers ASAP! Highly Recommend!!!

Irene’s place is top notch, a hidden gem in the middle of all the action. It’s located by the famous 5th Ave. in Playa Del Carmen. It’s in the heart of it. For those looking at for the night life, Coco Bongo is a short 5 min walk, amongst other night clubs. If the night life is not what you’re looking for, Irene’s place is walking distance from the top restaurants and Calle 38 which has a beautiful beach at the end. I will say, if you’re looking for quiet nights, bring a sound machine as the music from the clubs can be heard. However, this shouldn’t be the reason why you pass up on this property. The property has a private pool with a grill. And the building also has a bigger shareable pool for all guests of the building. Don’t think twice, book Irene’s place. I was there with my little one, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Irene!!!

Can’t say enough great things about the place. The view is absolutely breathtaking, a great location with lots of dining options and the beach is a few steps away. The hotel amenities were perfect and Mely was an awesome hostess. She was communicative and really made us feel welcome. Gustavo also did an amazing job with the transportation. Finally, the place was perfect for our group, beds were comfortable, living space was perfect and it had plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!!!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Area was walkable and safe! The rooftop pool area was the best view in the city and was very clean and never too crowded. Front lobby workers were friendly and helpful too!

Very close to Xcaret and Alonso parks are very friendly and communicative.

The place was exactly as described. She provided a google maps link to facilitate finding the home, which helped tremendously. The place was very clean and when I had questions about check in/out, communication was very fast.

Very clean. Has everything we need. It was only for one night before the returning flight, but it was absolutely the best night we had for this trip! Highly recommended!

Angela's place is magnificent, because it is a very well-kept house in details, very clean, you really feel at home, the decor is very nice and you feel very comfortable. I am fascinated by the location because it is very close to xcaret, xplore, and other parks, there are shopping malls and supers relatively close. There is pool in the private, it is safe. Angela is very ready for your needs.

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, which made for a peaceful experience. However, getting there was a bit tricky as the road is somewhat complicated, so having a car is definitely a must. Overall, a great place for a Tulum getaway if you're looking for a more secluded jungle vibe!

Perfect stay in this Condo halfway between Cancun and Tulum. Great for discovering the region. Responsive, accommodating host. Well equipped residence: swimming pool, children's games, gym. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Recommended ++
