The main bus terminus for the island is a 10 minute walk away. Victoria is at the centre of the island so it is easy to explore everywhere from here. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. Valletta, Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are all one bus ride away. Bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafès are all located within short walking distance. Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.
