Welcome to our cozy house, in a quiet location, about 300 m from the bay. Large south-facing patio with lounge furniture, dining area and barbecue. The kitchen is well-equipped, and in the living room, the fireplace provides extra warmth and comfort all year round. A property with plenty of space for games and play for the whole family. Wood-fired hot tub adjacent to the patio, which can be rented as an optional extra for SEK 950/stay There is also an annexe that is sometimes rented out separately. It is secluded and has its own part of the property.

All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. The house is within walking distance from a sea bay with beach, & a stone's throw from the barbecue area where you can barbecue and watch the sun set in the sea. Vätö is a summer idyll, here you come who long for peace and quiet. You who loves nature, hiking, sun and swimming. The house is secluded overlooking a meadow and a dahlia garden.
