The apartment's location is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 sites.

On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. There are also two restaurants within walking distance.

A fire bowl, wood and ingredients for bread on a stick are available. The neighborhood has great farm shops with local produce.
