Vacation rentals in Rajada Beach

Everything about the place was perfect from my perspective – the location, the amenities, and especially Franco the caretaker. He was just fantastic and so accommodating. I really appreciated him letting me into the house early - I didn’t even ask and wasn’t expecting it and was just planning to spend the day on the beach. He was just a joy to work with. The beach, as others have noted, is barely 2 minute’s walk from the house and is pretty and uncrowded yet so convenient to San Juan del Sur. The restaurants are very good and the service is great and very friendly (a little pricey by Nica standards but still reasonable). I have been around Nicaragua plenty and disagree with the recent review suggesting that the property is not a good value. The impeccable pool alone justifies the price, the location is excellent, and the house is spacious, clean, comfortable and with well functioning AC. And, again, there’s Franco! The house may not be luxurious, but it did not disappoint.

Very good experience, the beach is beautiful, the view and the weather are ideal for a vacation and relaxation, perfect for being with family, a cozy and peaceful place.

Everything was incredible with our stay the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very private and is fully Equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice although is a little far from Downtown is completely worth it. And the pet friendly aspect is definite plus. The view is breathtaking but I do Recommend if you are planning on going with a big group to arrive either with an SUV or a couple of vehicles. We will be returning again

Una casa, muy bella con un estilo modern y muy bien equipada. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en un alojamiento de Ksenia y siempre supera nuestras espectativas.Playa el Remanso, es una de las mejores playas para vacaciones en Nicaragua; la construcción de la nueva carretera Costanera, facilita en gran manera la llegada. Desde Managua un viaje d 2 hrs. La casa con 6 habitaciones muy bien equipadas, cocina y area de lavado. Nosotros estacionamos 3 vehículos grandes., sin problemas. La vista a la bahía y el acceso a ella, es genial. Una excelente experiencia, que seguro repetiré.

This is easily the greatest Airbnb experience I’ve had. This place is so amazing. I felt like an internet influencer or something. I shouldn’t be able to afford a place this nice, but I can! Went to Nicaragua for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday with 5 friends and this location was perfect! Short (steep) walk to playa remanso, and a slightly longer walk to playa tamarindo, which is less developed and more private. I never wanted to leave. Clean, beautiful, great location, incredible.
