A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. Train to NYC (Scarborough Station) 10 min walk through historic neighborhood. Arcadian Mall (Grocery Store, Starbucks, etc) 7 min walk. Lots to explore in the area. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

Located on a 5 acre property abutting Harriman State Park with direct access to hiking trails. Guests are welcome to use the pool and hot tub (Memorial day through Labor day), or sit and enjoy a fire pit by the babbling brook. Fenced dog run for your furry friend. Just 30 minutes from the GWB and minutes from the train and bus.
