The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Marco was always quickly accessible digitally and helpful. House is as described, well equipped and close to the sea - it is actually only 500 meters, but also about 50 meters in altitude, which makes it quite exhausting on foot and by car. The area was already very off-season at the beginning of October - during the week practically nothing is open anymore, which is why I would prefer to drive to a slightly more lively area at the time, because you needed a car for every shopping, restaurant or even just café visit and the access to the house was always a bit tedious. In summer, however, it is certainly great there with many beaches nearby! We also loved the Adriatic cycle path, which we enjoyed in both directions.

It was a particularly pleasant house in terms of atmosphere and decor. The decor was very complete and with nice little personal touches. Very tasteful and bright.

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.

From Paola it's like being at home❤️ Quality and kindness. Paola helped us in the time of need. Kind and super helpful. Very nice and very well furnished house with everything you need to spend our holidays. The breakfast sweets were a treat, Paola you have a pastry chef's future! Thank you❤️

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

very nice place. good location, great view, and Vasto is an interesting and beautiful place to visit. It was a little tricky to find the place, but Nicola was helpful and very responsive. Her brother was also very helpful and booked a taxi for me to get back to the train station. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Spacious apartment, renovated, clean and in a comfortable area to reach the sea and close to Pescara.

Me,my husband and my 2 children, were guests of Graziella only for one night,but we will definitely return. We immediately had the feeling of feeling at home, beautiful and quiet place (my children had the opportunity to enjoy the garden for a few hours, playing with the kittens and the games present) The accommodation was clean, tidy and with the necessary for the stay of one night. Thank you she was a great host, she welcomed us with simplicity and sunshine making us feel like family,then at the end of the stay she gave us a very good bottle of wine of their production. If you are looking for a quiet,relaxing place to stay to visit the surrounding areas, I highly recommend it.
