Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find beach on the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going great hikes. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The island has several activities such as fishing, beach and jetty, tennis, football and frisbee golf course. Shop and restaurant just across the fjord. The property has good sunny conditions. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here are good sun conditions and bathing facilities. The house has a jetty and a deck that is well furnished. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city centre and 3 minutes to the grocery store. There are also public transport options nearby.
