Very cozy cottage in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic nature. It also has a bowling alley and the Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downside of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea water temperature in Norway (travel radio). Short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV form. Built-in terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 2 bedrooms with double beds.

Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Cabin on Hærøya with panoramic windows (with boat)

Cabin on an island with lake views and good standard. There is good ceiling height in the living room/kitchen. The property is located in rural as well as lakeside surroundings. Access is a few minutes by sea (boat included) and jetty with 200 m walk to the cabin. The island has several activities such as fishing, beach and jetty, tennis, football and frisbee golf course. Shop and restaurant right across the fjord. The property has good sun conditions. Relax with the whole family, or just a weekend with good friends.

The hen house

Relax with the family at Hønsehuset. Unique small cottage between Lillesand and Dyreparken with 6-7 beds! In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted into a rental cottage, hence the great name😊 The cabin is an annex, but even though the houses are close, it is both private and peaceful. There is the possibility to get a swim on a private jetty, about 90 meters to the lake. Otherwise, the cabin has a garden spot and a porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to the Zoo, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.

The cabin is surrounded by nature, with access to salt- and freshwater activities. Six-meter-wide panoramic windows open onto a sunny deck for barbecuing, sharing meals, lounging, or resting in the hammock. At night, light the fire pit, pop some popcorn, and enjoy the starry sky. Families will appreciate the child-friendly setup, while adults can enjoy the bright Scandinavian design. It's an ideal base for exploring beaches, woods, Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, and more.

Koselig hytte i fredelige omgivelser. Passer godt for voksne og familier som er glad i natur. Flere fine turmål i området, og skogen er full av bær i sesong. Gangavstand til innsjø, med flott, barnevennlig badeplass. Kano tilgjengelig for leietaker. Ca 20 minutter å kjøre til Evje sentrum. Kortere til Mineralparken, Klatreskogen og gokart-bane. Velkommen til deilige fridager hvor du kan lade batteriene og virkelig koble ut! Vi ønsker rolige leietakere, ikke fest og støy.

Ute venter terrasser, trampoline og badestamp (mai–okt) som gjør oppholdet ekstra hyggelig for både barn og voksne.

Området byr på flotte turmuligheter, og et idyllisk badevann ligger bare ca. 10 minutters gange unna. Du har også flere nydelige badeplasser i havet like i nærheten. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
