Cozy spacious apartment with great sea view, 150 m from the beach and swab. Quiet location in a large house with 6 apartments at the bottom of the cul-de-sac with a large free area in front. Stairs down from the house to the hiking trail to the beach Sunny terrace, small garden spot and glazed garden room. The apartment is in a great location for those who want to stay close to the beach while being close to the city and attractions. The zoo is 12 minutes away. Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.
