Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Skadevi Manor for family, friends or colleagues

Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here, you will be greeted by a cosy manor house from 1929, measuring a full 325 m², divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000-square-metre plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of space for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a wonderful week together. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Glamping a stone's throw from Stockholm

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. No unbooked, unscheduled visits to the property are permitted beyond the two booked visits. Warm welcome

Enjoy a magical lake view and beautiful nature in this charming historic cottage that is reflected in the lake. Perfect for relaxation and recreation. A large private garden with several cozy outdoor areas. Meadows, forests and open fields are uniquely framed by the lake. Enjoy walks in the beautiful surroundings among horses and alpacas. High-speed fibre connection enables remote work. There is something to appreciate here year-round. Located 40 minutes from Stockholm/Uppsala. There is also a private boat and a private jetty.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the lake. Here you come to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from the jetty 30 meters away that you share with the landlords who live in the big house a little further up. Take a ride on the lake or a walk in the woods outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Uppsala city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Live in the country near Wattholma Golf Club, and with a short commute into central Uppsala by train, this house gives you the best of both worlds. 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, as well as living, kitchen and dining space gives plenty of room. An enclosed yard and deck gives you outside space to relax in. A short walk takes you to the train station, where in 13 minutes you are in central Uppsala, and just 3 minutes drive to the golf course. Ask about longer stays (30+ days, 3 pers max)

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The place is surrounded by forests and fields, yet with good communications to Uppsala city centre and airport. Buses to central station takes 15 minutes and pass every 10-30 minutes. Arlanda airport is reached in 25 minutes by car or Uber. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, hairdresser and clinic is within walkning distance in Lindbacken.
