Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Waterfront house rentals

Unique boathouse from the early 1900s, 10 metres from its own beach and dock. The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, fireplace and wood-fired sauna. An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the city centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly onto the mattresses 😊 Cozy, charming and not for those who want to stretch out fully in bed😉 Sheets and towels are included.

Newly built villa, private, by a lake

Relax in this peaceful accommodation and enjoy lake views and nature. Here, you will live in a brand-new, single-storey villa with large window sections and huge sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with a fantastic view. The house has a terrace of about 75 m², part of which is a cozy covered patio. There are canoes, and you can swim from the property. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Only shower during the summer. Maximum space for 2 people.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you can enjoy a beautiful nature all year round, have a moment in the sauna and jump in the outdoor bathtub. You can even choose to have a warm water or cold in the tub. In the main house you find a nice and easy-to-use fireplace to make your evening cozy and warm. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid sjön. Hit kommer du för att njuta av naturen. Njut av ett morgon eller kvällsdopp från brygga 30 meter bort som ni delar med hyresvärdarna som bor i stora huset lite längre upp. Ta en tur på sjön eller en promenad i skogen utanför dörren. Nära finner du friluftsområdet Fjällnora och om du önskar att komma in till stan är det cirka 20 minuter in till Uppsala stad där du finner allt utbud av restauranger och shopping du kan tänka dig.

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Villa Vidablick, North Wing

Welcome to Villa Vidablick in scenic Halmbyboda, only 7 km from the city limits east of Uppsala. Enjoy this brand new and unique accommodation. The interior design style is from the turn of the century, 1880s in Scandinavian design. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with dining area and sleeping area in the same room and bathroom, about 35 sqm. Upstairs (one room) with living room, sofa bed, two sleeping alcoves about 25 sqm. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.
