Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Our apartment, furnished with a lot of heart and craftsmanship, can be rented by the day and week. In the spirit of sustainability, we have given many pieces of furniture a second life. The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to nature and the city center at the same time (5-10 min walk each). Perfect location for Messe Düsseldorf/Essen. Fully equipped kitchen, work/reading/fitness area, bedroom, living room with smart TV. A bench can be used in the front yard.

The 2-room apartment with 55 square meters is located at the top of the pedestrian zone in the heart of the historic old town of Ratingens. It is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), the upper floors of which are privately inhabited. All windows have shutters and are not visible from the street. The bedroom faces the yard and is nicely quiet. The apartment has just been renovated and is in absolutely mint condition.

We are renting a renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the east of Ratingen near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities nearby, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away, the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The 3 bedrooms are ideal for up to 3 colleagues, 3 couples, or a family. There are two restrooms and a large living room where you can make your own coffee and tea, however a kitchen is not available. The apartment is ideal for a peaceful retreat. It's a 20 minute drive to the "Messe Düsseldorf", "Messe Essen" and the Düsseldorf airport. Ideal for wedding guests at Haus zum Haus or Herrenhaus Cromford. Private parking is available.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.
