The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes' walk to the center of the spa in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a cot on request.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
