Welcome to an authentic mountain farm, with fantastic fjord views in beautiful Norddal. The timber house from 1913 still has great details from the year of construction and has been upgraded with a modern kitchen. The farm is secluded with a large outdoor area and borders the Geiranger and Herdalen landscape conservation area. In the area, you will experience a unique ecosystem and distinctive fjord and mountain landscape. The house contains, among other things, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room.

A charming barn with a view

This is an old barn that has been renovated and made into a spacious apartment. Through the big windows you can enjoy the view of the fields, fjord and mountains. There is a good variety of hikes nearby, easy access to the beach if you feel for a dip:-)Isfjorden is 8 mins away by car, Åndalsnes 15, and Molde an hour. The closest bus stop(Åndalsnes-Molde)is a three mins' walk away. There is a small cabin near the barn, next to our vegetable garden, where you will find the beds.

Velkommen til den nye hytta vår, inspirert av våre reiser til Alaska. Romantisk og inspirerende. Her kan du sitte ute under tak - uansett vær - og nyte naturen rett på. Inne er det varmt og koselig. Svært god dobbeltseng og et spisebord med utsikt rett mot fjellet Store Vengetind. Innlagt strøm og internett. Bålpanne og kos. Sengetøy er lagt på for dere. Nå også utedusj med varmtvannn. Vi har utstyr for matlaging med gasskomfyr og kjøleskap. Privat utedo.

Vil du bo en tid mellom fjell, rene bekker og elver og husdyr, men uten internettdekning, mobildekning eller strøm? Herdalssetra har tradisjonelle stølshus midt i et vakkert landskap med spennende geologi. Budeiene bodde her om somrene den tida alle stelte sine egne dyr, nå kan det være din tur :) Dette er Norges største geiteseter i drift, her er også hester, sauer og kyr. Herdalssetra er ein del av UNESCO verdsarvområdet Geiranger - Herdal.

Imagine waking up in a fairy tale in the midst of the world heritage, in a small wooden hut, a traditional cabin in Herdalssetra - a charming, living mountain farm. You can experience people and animals on the mountain farm, or put on your boots and backpack to explore unique paths with friends or family. When coming back you can sit in the heat from the wood stove, drink hot chocolate and read a good book in the silence of the evening.

Sleeps 9 people (2 double beds, 1 small double bed, 1 single bed, baby bed and 1 mattress in loft), the place is recommended for max 6 people. Scenic surroundings with walking distance to sea/beach, mountain trips, good fishing opportunities from the sea and boat. Short distance to tourist attractions, Åndalsnes, Molde, Ålesund.

Apartment on agricultural property engaged in milk production. Cows and calves go grazing around the farm. The property has a long shoreline and swimming facilities. Gazebo in the garden. Seat house one hour away. Lovely view of fjords and mountains. Possibilities for sea fishing. Good possibilities for hiking in the nearby area. 300 meters to the grocery store, playground, ball bin and bike trail.
