Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Many public footpaths close by and local shops are only a 10 minute stroll away. Gastro pubs, restaurants and independent shops within easy walking distance. A short drive from M25 (J11). Free EV charging point. Fast rail links to London from Woking. LGBTQ+ friendly. Friendly Spaniel and Siamese cat on site.

The Oak Barn, your own space in a Thameside hamlet

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Southwood Gardens annexe in Cookham

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Tranquil detached barn Sherborne St John

A hidden gem set in a wonderful tranquil setting. The farm is surrounded by acres of woodland and farm land. Ideal for weekend breaks and wonderful walks. Facilities inc a full Sky package with movies and sport. A large LCD TV and great sound. 2.7 miles from the M3 jct6. Located near the 16th century estate The Vyne, Highclere Castle, Bombay Sapphire Distillery, the ruins of Old Basing house, to name but a few. Great footpaths and cycle routes. We also have a 7KW EV charger.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

The Old Library

Stylish countryside accommodation situated in the quaint village of Fyfield. The Old Library is a peaceful, self-contained, fully equipped guest house within easy reach of Oxford and the Cotswolds. Access is through an electric gate and gravel drive. Guests will have ample off street parking directly outside the guest house.
