Casa Roda is a true hidden gem nestled in a stunning valley, offering breathtaking sunsets. The owner gave us a warm welcome, took us on a tour of the property, and made us feel instantly at home. The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

We stayed in the farmhouse in 18 adults and 4 children for two nights. The stay was completely perfect! Host is super friendly and available. The place is wonderful. It's great for large groups. It has everything you need, clean and is very well organized. Very kid friendly. We had a great time. We'll be back!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

Maria Rosa is a wonderful host! In addition to meeting our requests and needs, she was super hospitable and kind! The place is great! All rooms are spacious and spacious, we didn't need anything since everything we needed was present in the house. We stayed for a weekend in 4 people and 6 dogs who really enjoyed the really large outdoor space! Strategic location to reach the sea and the many hiking trails we enjoyed with our furry friends.
