From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

The cottage has a dishwasher, oven, WiFi, air conditioning, electric fireplace, TV and extra long beds (210 cm). The spacious garden has lovely seating areas and a wide jetty. Bbq, 3p canoe and surf/supboard are available for guests. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included.

Enjoy the fantastic view of the typical Dutch polder landscape with animals, from the bath in the master bedroom or from the garden with its own veranda with lounge set. The center of Bodegraven with several nice restaurants and the station can be reached on foot in about 20-25 minutes.

And of course, you can swim and fish. You can also enjoy hiking and biking in the beautiful nature. Furthermore, the cottage is a good place to make trips to Gouda and The Hague/Rotterdam, even Amsterdam can be reached within an hour.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
