Our newly renovated guest house is completely self contained with a large private yard and private access. There are two dedicated off street car parks. We are centrally located between Adelaide Airport (Car: 15 min), Adelaide City (Train: 7 min, Car: 14 min, Bus: 15 min) and Adelaide shoreline (Car: 15 min). Islington train station is a 13 min walk (1.1km) and Bus stop 15 South Rd is a 5 min walk (450m). Our home is guest ready with fresh linen and towels provided as well as guest amenities.

The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Comfortably accommodate 2 people, with a 3ʳᵈ guest (or 2 little ones) can sleep in the double-size sofa bed in the living room upon request. Easy, free street parking—no time limits to worry about. *The flat comes with a cute bar fridge, microwave and kettle, but no full kitchen or laundry facilities.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is the room we are offering to our guests. The guest room is semi detached and has a private entrance. There are 2 high schools and 1 primary school nearby. Local shops are about 1 kilometre away; which consist of a supermarket, chemist, post office and laundromat. Across the street is a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. Although we will be living under the same roof, your privacy is important to us.
