Our stay was amazing. The apartment is very well taken care of. The view is breathtaking. We didn't have any setbacks. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful accommodation! In a central area. Walk to Azeda Beach, Two Bears and Azedinha. It is on Orla Bardot which is a beautiful street for walking and Hai a few metros la Rua das pedras. The accommodation is very comfortable, with all the comforts for cooking, air conditioning and a balcony that overlooks the beach that is a dream for every morning. Guto and all the staff were very friendly and excellent hosts, attentive to every detail. Definitely would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Apartamento matches the photos, quiet location and close to everything. Township was clean and in bed linen. Communication was also excellent and we received recommendations from where to go.

Highly recommended for the accommodation in question. First in main, the location is very good because you are in front of the beach and about two blocks from downtown Arraial. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with their respective sets of sheets and towels. Of course, it should be clarified that the place is for 6 but it has two double beds and a sofa/bed, they are not single. However, in general, we had a pleasant stay with my group of friends and that is why we recommend it.

As always we have had wonderful moments in Arraial do Cabo's best stadia. The Apartment is exactly like in the pictures, neat, organized. We look forward to returning soon!

I loved the stay, Patrícia is an excellent hostess, super requests! The apartment is perfect for one person, cozy, I imagine that for a couple will also be great. What has cooking utensils is for a short stay, as I stayed three months I took my things. Stairway access is a bit steep, it can be tricky for the elderly. The neighborhood is totally residential, safe and quiet, my car was left on the street without any problems, i-maradinho that has underneath is a hand in the wheel, in time of a need. The only one that can be inconvenient, for some people, would be the noise of neighboring dogs. The location is in the region of the ecological reserve, which for me, which I like more deserted and paradisiacal beaches was a dream, natural lagoons and beautiful beach, the beach that leads to the street is of strong sea and has a kiosk, the look is beautiful! Rio das Ostrase surprised me, clean, organized, with very beautiful beaches and nature. Township who is staying will definitely love it.

Apt excellent, extremely clean, close to everything, just cross the sidewalk, we were on the beach, impeccable bedding! Mr. Luiz was very flexible at the chekin and at the checkout. I will soon be back . And I'll recommend it to everyone I know.

Every year we hold a family event and we are happy to have chosen Marilene's house. We were welcomed by the owners as friends. As the layout of the rooms is well integrated, it didn't matter if you were in the kitchen, living room, pool or barbecue area, it was possible to interact and talk. The house looks a few years old, but the pool is new and some rooms have been renovated. I found the shower to be a luxury. It's been a long time since I've had such a nice shower. We went to the beach that is next to the house and wow... quiet with the warmest water in Búzios. We really loved it! Thanks for a special weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

The house is a delight , super cozy, the pool near the barbecue area making the atmosphere comfortable for family, the locality very close to the shops , at night the shopping center with a restaurant, bars with live music, snack bars... During the day the tranquillity of the condominium , birds singing , the beach practically private in the "backyard" . Worth worth a house equipped with all the utensils ... Surely we will go back ❤️

Our stay was excellent. The Leonardo who answered us is very good people, he was always available to help. We hired Fátima and Tati to help us with the food, we recommend it. They are great, attentive and the food was very tasty. The house is beautiful, on the side of the beach, and exactly as in the pictures. We went in 14 people, everyone was comfortable. We took a 5-month baby and they provided us with a crib and bathtub. It also had a feeding chair, which was used by my 2-year-old daughter. Everything is very well thought out to accommodate the guests. we hope to be able to return soon!!

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

We love beyond the house if the place super comfortable and great condominium calm and organized the flora was super attentive, we felt like we were at home. We will go more often for sure!

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days.
