On the other side, you will find the lake and the natural area of Torrevieja la Mata, ideal for hiking. Restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are approximately 150 metres away, among other amenities. Note: The owner lives on the first floor.

The comfortable casa is quiet and well decorated. You have two showers and toilets, a large furnished (open) kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, a bedroom with air conditioning, and a shaded terrace with a lounge sofa. You share the new outdoor pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is the beach of El Portús.
