It is ideally located less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, the Aquarium and the Old Port. You can park your car in a private courtyard. For your safety, a concierge company has implemented a reinforced reception and maintenance procedure for the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: The elevator is undergoing renovation work until June 26, inclusive.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130-m² house, classified as a “3⭐️ tourist accommodation,” is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and near the Île de Ré bridge). It features two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
