Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Lake Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away. Please request a child discount!

Ideal retreat on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains. Garden with barbecue area, parking and an electric car charging facility are available. Pets are welcome. In the area you can enjoy cycling, hiking, cultural events such as the Wagner Festival or the Luisenburg Festival. Numerous golf courses and wellness offers in the Bavarian-Czech bathing region. Fresh eggs from our chickens and honey from our own beekeeping complement the offer.

Cozy 2-room apartment near the city center. Supermarket, small kiosk, ice cream shop and hospital around the corner. Public transport is a 5-10 minute walk away. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. On request, there is also a baby travel bed. We are also happy to welcome international guests.

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
