Exactly as described, great space! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen brand new and super high end appliances. Living room space comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

Lovely place to stay! My family and I had our Christmas here and it was the perfect space. It was comfortable, came well stocked, and had nice touches throughout the home.

Booking with Chad made my family vacation a breeze. Super accommodating, very considerate and friendly. Beautiful home and lovely atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend and would book again.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

The house was in a great location - walkable to beach and town but on a quiet street. It was close to the main road with stores and conveniences. It had two sun porches which were not shown in the photos and were great for outdoor relaxation.

It was a delightful stay. First off, the location was fantastic! Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it was close to local restaurants and walking distance to the beach. I loved being able to explore the area on foot. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. From the moment I booked, they provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Upon arrival, I found the place to be just as described in the listing – clean, cozy, and well-decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Eileen’s place did not disappoint. It was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoors space. It was a great place for some rest and relaxation. Thank you Eileen for sharing you house with us and being a great host.

We love this gorgeous home so much, we just keep coming back! It's our third stay at this property because it's the best! Our family of four relaxed comfortably in this beautifully decorated, super-clean three-bedroom , two bath house that's so close to the action, you won't miss a thing, but is tucked away just enough that you can enjoy the peacefulness of a quiet neighborhood for walks and sitting/dining outside. Let's not forget our fabulous host, Beth, who was available for any questions we had and made check-in/check-out a breeze!What a wonderful spring break! My parents, myself, and my 2 youngest kids (9, 11) thoroughly loved the house. We felt right at home. You can tell the owners actually use the house as it has everything that you may need. No need to bring towels, sheets, blankets, or towels. They have it. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Games! Wine opener. Awesome refrigerator. Huge washer and dryer. Back porch is screened in. The 2 zones for HVAC were much appreciated as my parents are older and get cold. They were able to have the downstairs area a little warmer while we had the upstairs comfortable for us. My mom uses a cane. We really appreciated the ease of one floor living for her once we were in the house. Easy instructions to follow. A binder full of helpful local tips and info. We didn’t have any issues but based on my prior experiences with them, I know the owners would have responded. It was so nice to not deal with a property mgt comp. Neighborhood was nice. Everyone waves. Felt safe. Close to all. We hope to return!

We had a great stay at Rhonda’s house. She’s an excellent communicator and instructions were very clear. We had a small issue and she responded right away she walked us through how to correct it. As for house it was very clean and updated. Plenty of space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable (attested to by my 9 year old son). The location was great as it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, coffee shops and stores.About a 20 -25 minute to the boardwalk. We did drive to the beach and my husband rode his bike but you could walk the 20-25 minutes. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rehoboth.

We absolutely love staying at Bernard’s, we have continued to come every year since 2020 because Bernard and Alison are fantastic hosts, the location is perfect and the home is so comfortable for my family. We love to walk to the adorable downtown section of Milton and, of course, Dogfishead Brewery is 2 blocks away - it’s so perfect. It’s an easy drive to downtown Rehoboth, Lewes and we like going through the back roads to Bethany. The location is spot on. The home itself is always pristinely clean and has plenty of space for my family of 5 - me, husband, 2 young kids my father. The backyard is amazing with a lot of space, corn hole and a fire pit. I recommend this so highly - my kids are always asking, when are we going back to Bernard’s? It’s become such an important part of our family travel!

Mark's house was perfect for my son's in-laws who came into town for his wedding this past weekend. They didn't have a car, so the location was important - walking distance to downtown Lewes and walking distance to our home. The house was clean and well equipped. Other than a musty smell from being closed when we first arrived, it was perfect.

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay while we went to the Ocean’s Calling music festival in Ocean City. The location was great, away from everything but still only a short drive. As someone who easily gets grossed out by air bnbs, it was so clean and comfortable, with plenty of space! Thanks for an incredible stay, will definitely want to stay again if we come back to the area!

What an amazing place! We were here for a family reunion, with 6 adults and 2 teens, and it felt so spacious and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is amazing - so well appointed and functionally designed - it's much nicer than my kitchen at home! :) We enjoyed the open floorplan upstairs for lots of easy hang-out time while cooking, eating, playing games, etc. Luda was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. Overall, a fantastic stay - we will be back!

Our stay at Sergui’s home was wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sergui was very friendly and prompt in his communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed at Trina’s place on a resent golf trip. She was great, and her place is exactly as described. She reached out days before we arrived with clear directions for check in, which was a breeze. Trina responded very quickly to my question and I would highly recommend stay with her if you are traveling to the area.

What a truly incredible place and host! I can’t say enough about Kate’s responsiveness and the incredible space. We loved it and hope to be back again!

Chris and Donald’s place was just remodelled and everything is new a nicely decorated. They were very accommodating for a last minute booking and we were thrilled that they had linens and towels included in the rental (as this seems uncommon in cape may). The house is lovely and as described but not walkable to the town. It’s an easy drive however and a lovely quiet neighbourhood.
