The cottage was superb: in very good order and well equipped. The location is superb in a quiet and characterful corner within a 3 minute walk of cathedral, shops and restaurants. Communication, including the online guide, was excellent.

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the apartment is so lovely with everything we needed - and more. The hosts have gone the extra mile and have great attention to detail. The wine and milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Bathrobes and lovely soft towels. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for Petworth Park and South Downs walks. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

Rosalind was quick to respond to all my questions and incredibly accommodating when we needed a late check out. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to navigate.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

Although the entrance from the street is a bit old looking, once the apartment door is opened, one realizes what a wonderful spot it is. There were all the amenities I needed, the bed and couch were quite comfortable. It was a great walk to my office across the river. (and of course, Battersea park is very closeby). The host was very responsive to my questions. I hope the apartment is available the next time I am in London!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

The urban stay flat I had was PERFECT. It was spotless, and had all the little things you could think of (including a nespresso machine). The building was private so it felt safe and everyone was super friendly and helpful in the building. The amenities were great, having a gym to use was amazing as well as a separate coworking space for when I had to do some work. The flat was walking distance to so many great shopping spots, restaurants and transportation ways. I would 100% stay with them again when in London for long periods of time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte and Henry’s beautiful cottage! They were very attentive and friendly hosts and responded quickly to messages. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

We had a brilliant stay! The location was private and peaceful, yet perfectly connected to Brighton city centre and the seaside. The space was spotless and super clean. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive with helpful local recommendations. Everything was smooth and easy, making our stay really comfortable. Our third stay and just as wonderful as those prior! An idyllic property and area. Always pristine with a wonderfully large/pretty/safe garden for our two dogs. The area is beautifully peaceful and has some fabulous local walks, and it’s well placed for travelling to various nearby towns and beaches. A perfect trip for a change of scenery and some much needed downtime. Looking forward to our fourth trip later in the year!

Really enjoyed our stay at Justnya’s cute little guest house. It was close to the Tottenham Statium, which was the reason for staying. The cabin is really cosy, has everything you need and Justnya was very an excellent host. Would recommend to others to stay.
