The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

Wohlgemuth Heim is located right on the Moselle River in the small village of Zell-Merl. You can rent the whole house with 6 double bedrooms (each room has its own attached bathroom) and be all yours. In the salon with fireplace and large dining table you have space to come together and enjoy time together. We offer wine tastings of our organically produced wines upon request. The house is handed over decorated depending on the season, e.g. Christmas with fir tree.

From its large terrace, the house offers a unique panoramic view of the river, the city with the Grevenburg, the vineyards and the picturesque village of Starkenburg, high above the Moselle. Parking spaces as well as bicycle parking spaces are available for cars.
