This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You do not need a driver's license and can drive the boat without prior knowledge. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board there is a small gas stove with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. A bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.

Absolut idyllisch liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Genieße den Ausblick in den Wald während du im Wintergarten sitzt. Bestaune die Sterne bei Nacht während du aus dem Dachfenster schaust. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden oder angeln. Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt ist ein Kanal, der direkt zu den Fließen des Spreewaldes führt.

Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Bordering a nature reserve, located on a glacier area, captivates with terrain, colors that change year-round, and great views. This place has led us to build a home in natural technologies, harmonizing with the environment, designed to be a pleasure to spend time in it.

BananaHouse

Banana House – a holiday home in an idyllic location. Direct access to the beautiful, large Lake Myśliborskie. A private road separates the house from the lake, approximately 60 meters away. The house is surrounded by banana plants, palm trees, and Amazonian trees. For an additional fee, we also offer: - Hot tub: 250 PLN/€60 - Sauna: 220 PLN/€50 (one-time use for cooling off)
