The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

The Kirschhütte is located in the middle of the Kirschberge between Engerda and Schmieden - to switch off from everyday life, to immerse yourself in nature, to find your way back to the original - simply a different vacation. Despite the idyllic location, you can reach the surrounding cities quickly and comfortably: Erfurt city center with the Krämerbrücke, the cathedral and much more is only about 15 minutes away, Weimar with the Goethe House and the Bauhaus Museum can be reached in about 20 minutes. After your excursions, a cozy, inviting apartment awaits you - ideal for relaxing and feeling good.

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege.

If you want to explore the Old Town with its many attractions, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on your doorstep.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.

The garden and terrace complete the countryside vacation. You can't enjoy country life more beautifully.
