From here you can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2 hours), Loen with Ski lift (1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye (1 hour) and the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund (1.5 hours). Mountain hikes on foot and on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (you can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski trails.

The bathroom is brand new. It is posted with 6 sleeping places, but may be best suited for 4 people(2 double rooms). The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Shielded patio and own garden. Historic Herøy farm is just next door. Here is a short way to the bird mountain Runde. You may also take your family on a trip to Sunnmørsbadet.

Otherwise, electric heating is here, but also a wood room and by you can use.

Edel House is the oldest house in Goksøyr, and situated on the path to the mountain and birdrocks. It is built in 1816, so we can describe the house as a grand old lady, who like all elderly personages, has her quirks and personality, and we hope that you our guests will look upon these with mild friendly eyes and a holiday spirit.
