A studio type open living space upstairs; wc,shower and sauna downstairs. Has large windows and a balcony facing trees and a yard. A cooker, fridge, fire place, wi-fi, free parking; a washing machine. 1200 m to the city center & cafes. 700 m to walking trails along the river. Communication in Latvian and fluent English A dog and a cat may be in the yard.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes. At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
