Our house has access to the common area dam, with ramp to get down vessel, 2 cayaks available for guests. 20min da serra do Lopo 30min of the waterfalls quiet and family place Pet friendly - we accept dogs of all sizes fenced property, private environment. Tv with Netflix - Amazon Prime wi fi - via radio ( very good) but in days of a lot of rain and wind subject to instability.
