This was an excellent stay. What is not immediately evident from the listing is the level of service that Mr. Simplice and his staff deliver. They accommodated us in everything that we could need. If we find ourselves in Brazzaville again, this building is the first place we will check.

Excellent family stay with 3 children from 3 to 11 years old. The ladies on site are very helpful. The discreet night caretaker. Respectful staff. The owner is available as needed. Comfortable amenities and well-located accommodation, 5 min from the waterfront on foot.

A very nice apartment, well furnished with a very nice view of the river from the dining room and the bridge from the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and are equipped with a very large flat screen TV, in addition to the one in the living room. The beds are huge with good bedding and the bathrooms are beautiful! It's really a luxurious apartment and it's very nice to rest there after a day of walking in Brazzaville. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Simplice but her nephew welcomed us with great kindness. On the other hand, we greatly appreciated Simplice's flexibility as to our check-in and checkout times. It touched us a lot. On the other hand, he is very responsive to any questions we may have.
