The all-new Airbnb app has everything you need to manage your experience. Your hosting tools help you simplify scheduling, attract bookings, connect with guests, understand earnings, and get insights about ratings and reviews.

You’ll find the tools organized into these 5 tabs when you’re logged in as a host.

The Today tab is what you see when you open the app. You can view reservation details at a glance to help plan your day and provide exceptional hospitality.

• Switch between views of today’s bookings and upcoming reservations to get to know who you’re hosting and when.
• Add notes to yourself on reservations, such as reminders about special occasions or requests.
• Get tips on what to do for each reservation, like sharing important details to help guests get ready.

The redesigned Calendar includes a convenient new daily view. You can easily review and update your schedule, hour by hour.

• Add availability for your experience, and choose which events you’d like to repeat on an ongoing basis.
• Sync your Airbnb and Google calendars to track everything in one place.
• View the number of confirmed guests for each event you’ve scheduled.
• Set custom prices for specific dates and times to attract bookings.

Guests can instantly book any opening on your calendar, so keeping your availability up to date is crucial.

The Listings tab helps you manage the details of your listing. You can update your prices and showcase the experience to guests.

• Add limited-time, early bird, and large group discounts to entice guests to book.
• Share high-quality listing photos to set clear expectations and help your listing stand out.
• Keep your itinerary up to date when you make changes to your location or activities.
• Edit settings like group sizes, booking cutoff times, and co-host access to your listing.
• Add accessibility features, including auditory and visual support.

All hosts, photos, and listing details must meet the standards and requirements for Airbnb Experiences.

The Messages tab helps you connect with guests before, during, and after the experience. You’ll send messages in the group thread that’s automatically created for each event.

• Share video or photos to introduce yourself before or recap memorable moments after an experience.
• Message a guest directly to follow up on specific requests if needed.
• Answer common questions with customizable, pre-written quick replies, or create your own templates.
• Schedule quick replies to automatically send important details at key moments, like the time of booking and the day before the experience.
• Contact Airbnb Support or message a host when you’re using the app as a guest.

The Menu gives you access to your earnings, insights, and other settings. You’ll get personalized tips and more resources to help grow your hosting business.

• View your earnings and create custom reports in the earnings dashboard.
• Explore guest feedback and see how your overall rating compares to similar experiences in the redesigned insights section.
• Manage your account settings and find hosting resources.
