My family and I loved the location and the space, everything was great! We had unforeseen events with the microwave, which didn't work when we went to heat up food for the baby, so I notified Mr. Rodrigo, who was attentive and offered to provide another one quickly! We took a speedboat ride from the beach itself, we had beautiful days! We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return !! Nothing shown in the photos was different from reality! Oh, I can't forget the Kayaks and the stand up paddleboards that are from the house, people, it's delicious, we love it!

I really enjoyed the accommodation, a very quiet place in relation to noise and safety. For those who are without a car has a staircase that leads to the beach, and to the local commercial, average level of difficulty. the apartment is very spacious, the view is wonderful, but the beach we have a view cannot be frequented because it is a military instruction area, only with authorization, but it is very close to the beach of Grumari, and for those who like naturalism has the apricó beach. The apartment is well equipped with useful utensils for those who cook their own diet, large stove, oven working and all the equipment for their stay, mainly water purifier. The bed is very comfortable, shower has a good waterfall, has a smart TV that is essential. general is an excellent accommodation, a caveat for Lucia who is Pedro's mother and takes care of the accommodations, extremely gentle. Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in Flat in Rio and the experience was again excellent! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, eating chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even has washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide umbrella and lounge chairs in addition to having a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, all inside. Great! Home better than the photos. Wonderful view, in front of an almost private beach. Sleeping by listening to the sea, rooms with air working well, kitchen has everything, including for barbecue. Condomínio tranquilo, between the forest and the sea. Super helpful Carla, made our schedules more flexible. The children loved it, we'll be back for sure!!

We had four wonderful days with the family, the friends of our eldest daughter (13 years) and their parents. In the end, no one wanted to leave. Highlight more than deserved for Katiane and Hossana, who ran the kitchen always with a big smile and a lot of sympathy.

Start by the host that was rated 1000, always available and quick in the messages, request, friendly, gave us 100%of the necessary information and a perfect afternoon coffee! Now apt very clean, organized and with all the utensils possible for stay. The view of apt is a spectacle and the condominium, wonderful, with club, swimming pools, gyms, game room, beach, barbecue. Everything perfect!!!!! Sure we'll be back there !

Ingrid's apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The whole process of booking and stay with her was very smooth, having quick and direct contact to everything. The only thing I missed was a wine opener (had glasses) and floor cloth. I recommend your stay.

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. Beautiful place to stay in Joatinga!

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and atmosphere of angra, providing wonderful feelings! The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

I would definitely go again. The accommodation is spacious, complete, comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures/description. We didn't lack anything, we were able to cook, rest, make use of all the spaces with comfort. We were 4 adults but the space is for many more. The cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, everything worked properly, perfect ventilation, windows with shutters to sleep quietly, very comfortable en-suite bathrooms, a third bathroom on the ground level that was very helpful. Everything is excellent and ready for a formidable stay. I definitely recommend going to Marcelo's place. He provides valuable information for your stay. Easily reached on foot. The area is very quiet and quiet, STEPS FROM THE SEA! You hear the sea when you open the window in the morning. It is close to restaurants and bars, warehouses, downtown. I can't say anything bad about the place, nor about the attention.
