I really enjoyed the accommodation, a very quiet place in relation to noise and safety. For those who are without a car has a staircase that leads to the beach, and to the local commercial, average level of difficulty. the apartment is very spacious, the view is wonderful, but the beach we have a view cannot be frequented because it is a military instruction area, only with authorization, but it is very close to the beach of Grumari, and for those who like naturalism has the apricó beach. The apartment is well equipped with useful utensils for those who cook their own diet, large stove, oven working and all the equipment for their stay, mainly water purifier. The bed is very comfortable, shower has a good waterfall, has a smart TV that is essential. general is an excellent accommodation, a caveat for Lucia who is Pedro's mother and takes care of the accommodations, extremely gentle. Without doubt, it is a place that I will always return to escape from the run of the day. It is worth the experience

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

The house is very spacious and well holds a large group of people, the outdoor area is good and functional, with a beautiful view of the beach. The living room sofa is super comfortable and spacious, the television is of the latest generation with free channels. The kitchen has several utensils and we do not miss anything. The house is in a pleasant condominium where we feel safe and which has several facilities such as market, bakery and cellars. It is close to the marina and makes it much easier for those who go on walks.

Great! Home better than the photos. Wonderful view, in front of an almost private beach. Sleeping by listening to the sea, rooms with air working well, kitchen has everything, including for barbecue. Condomínio tranquilo, between the forest and the sea. Super helpful Carla, made our schedules more flexible. The children loved it, we'll be back for sure!!

Beautiful place , we really enjoyed, everything according to expectation . Marcia is always attentive to everything . We are very grateful for the initial tour with her husband that helped us a lot to understand the entire operation and where everything is left inside and outside the condominium . Come back !!

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

Start by the host that was rated 1000, always available and quick in the messages, request, friendly, gave us 100%of the necessary information and a perfect afternoon coffee! Now apt very clean, organized and with all the utensils possible for stay. The view of apt is a spectacle and the condominium, wonderful, with club, swimming pools, gyms, game room, beach, barbecue. Everything perfect!!!!! Sure we'll be back there !

We don't know Rita in person, but she always responded to my msgs quickly, tips, and recommendations. We had contact with her husband, Ricardo, who is very kind and helpful. He was always willing to help and collaborate. The house is a cute and clean one. The outer space is wonderful and has a beautiful landscape. The beach is delicious, the sea is super quiet and with very tasty kiosks that catered to our demand. In our case, we were without a car, the only bad thing is the way to the beach that has a very steep slope, but, as we like to walk and we are used to, we can go to the beach every day. The experience was great,I highly recommend the house, and the wonderful hosts.

Communication with the host Marcelo was very good. He explained all about access and resolved all questions. The condominium has many things to do, as it says in its caption. Me and my family live very nice days. The only thing that was a bad experience was the upstairs neighbors made sure that every night sound, sing and stomp as if they were always marching from about midnight. But this is beyond the control of the AP owner.

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and atmosphere of angra, providing wonderful feelings! Ricardo, the very requested owner, educated and served us in the best way possible. Angela ,the householder appointed by the owner, an excellent professional who makes a good clean and prepares great meals. Finally, it was all wonderful, we'll come back more often!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

I would definitely go again. The accommodation is spacious, complete, comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures/description. We didn't lack anything, we were able to cook, rest, make use of all the spaces with comfort. We were 4 adults but the space is for many more. The cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, everything worked properly, perfect ventilation, windows with shutters to sleep quietly, very comfortable en-suite bathrooms, a third bathroom on the ground level that was very helpful. Everything is excellent and ready for a formidable stay. I definitely recommend going to Marcelo's place. He provides valuable information for your stay. Easily reached on foot. The area is very quiet and quiet, STEPS FROM THE SEA! You hear the sea when you open the window in the morning. It is close to restaurants and bars, warehouses, downtown. I can't say anything bad about the place, nor about the attention.

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, rooms with air conditioning and equipped kitchen. Ocean front. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because it's accessed by the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Very close to the house parties, this can be a little annoying for people very sensitive to noise, in our case particularly it was not a problem there is already a rear room with private bathroom and double door where almost nothing is heard. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila the girl who takes care of the house is very friendly and attentive. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! Beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

Our Stadia was perfect. Priscila was always responding quickly and giving helpful tips for a hassle-free location. The apto is in a village where everyone knows each other, that is, super safe and pleasant. The apartment corresponds to the advertised, it is even better haha. The kitchen has everything for you to cook, make a snack or coffee. Apto foot in the real sand and the beach of Ribeira is very quiet, quiet and who prefers more quiet, will love and is a few minutes walk from the center of Mangaratiba. Priscila's parents are lovers and the neighbors are wonderful. If we're going back? Sure!
