Ob Einkäufe, Bäcker, zu Fuss alles in wenigen Min. erreichbar Die Highline 179 u.die Burg Ehrenberg ist im Sommer wunderbar zu Fuß vom Appartement aus u. im Winter in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Appartement 119m2: 3 Schlafzimmer Kinderzimmer:Platz für bis zu 7 Ki. Die obersten Betten der 2 Stockbetten sind nur für Kinder ausgelegt. Die restlichen Betten der beiden Stockbetten könnten auch von bis zu 5 EW genutzt werden.

A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Coronainfo: Da uns die Sicherheit unserer Gäste sehr wichtig ist, wird die gesamte Ferienwohnung vor/ nach jedem Gast gründlichst gereinigt und desinfiziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, -falls gewünscht-, völlig kontaktlos! Unsere gemütliche neu renovierte große Ferienwohnung in Lechaschau befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus direkt an der B189 (inner Orts) ins Lechtal. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt, ist die Deckenhöhe im Vergleich zu Neubauten recht niedrig.

Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Unser Studio Larsen besteht aus einem großen Doppelbett, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, gemütlichem Sitzbereich, Dusche/Wc ,eine große Terrasse mit Sitzbereich und Grill. Genießt unsere neue Aussensauna mit Berg-Panorama! Für Motorräder haben wir eine Garage!!!

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
