Vous êtes au centre du triangle touristique de Toulouse, Carcassonne et Albi et des départements de la Haute Garonne, du Tarn et de l'Aude.

Dans le charmant petit village de Saint Papoul à 2 pas de la célèbre Abbaye du VIII. Cette ancienne grange rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et tradition , vous offrira détente et confort pour 10 personnes. En rez de chaussée: cuisine, coin repas, coin salon, 1 chambre lit 140cm avec salle d'eau PMR. A l'étage 2 chambres grand lit 180cm avec salles d'eau, 1 chambres 4 lits 90cm. Avec un jardinet privatif et clos, vous aurez la piscine chauffée ainsi que le jacuzzi . Idéal en famille ou amis.

Vous aimez le calme et la nature, alors vous êtes au bon endroit, en effet la route s’achève au gîte. Au-delà, les chemins serpentent dans la pinède et les collines parmi les capitelles. Vous pourrez les découvrir à pied, en VTT avec ou sans pique-nique. Le gîte se situe dans un domaine viticole que vous pourrez visiter. Ancienne écurie du domaine, ce gîte indépendant, climatisé, bénéficie d’une terrasse avec pergola et nous mettons à votre disposition, notre piscine (7.2 m x 3.7m).

British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No. 1 is a large, detached, single-storey gite with a spacious bedroom andliving room, private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ. Accommodates 2 people in 1 super king bed.
