Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Das Apartment besteht aus einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Ensuite Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein TV und Wifi. Vor der Türe gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Hüls ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, mit Restaurants und einer Bar in 300 Metern und einer Bäckerei in 20 Metern entfernt.

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Urban oasis

1 bed (90 x 200 cm), 2nd person sleeping chair (90 x 195 cm). For stays of 8 days or more (= more than 1 week) only available for 1 person. Centrally located. Close to buses and train station (approx. 5-minute walk), the city center invites you to stroll (10 - 15-minute walk), Schlosspark as well. Groceries approx. 10 minutes' walk. Good connection to the trade fair in Düsseldorf (bus, train, highway easily accessible.) Small table for working.

Cozy apartment

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

In beautiful Kerken, 15 km from Moers, 8 km from Kempen and 20 km from Venlo, lies the spacious vacation home Haus Anne, belonging to an old estate and with an incomparable charm. The modern, cozy basement apartment (renovation 10/2023) is located in the heart of Krefeld-Traar with optimal transport links to Krefeld, Düsseldorf, Cologne, the Ruhr area, the Lower Rhine and the Netherlands. Traar has a strong infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity are shops, various restaurants as well as banks, pharmacy, medical center and local recreational areas. The apartment is also very suitable for longer stays!

The small apartment on the 2nd floor is centrally located and yet quiet, as it is in a cul-de-sac. It is 2.4 km to the beautiful Kamp monastery and the city center is also within walking distance (1.3 km). The beautiful Zechenpark with a large playground and zoo is only 1.5 km away.
