In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cozy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

The property is idyllically located on the village pond overlooking the deciduous forest and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.

Lovingly renovated apartment in old water mill

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment renovated in 2021 in our historic watermill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.

The stream, right under the balcony, gives this apartment the touch of a small Rhön Venice, which also gave the apartment its name "Rhönedig." The beautiful Rhön is ideal for relaxing, unwinding, hiking, romantic walks, mountain bike tours, winter sports and great excursions in the area. The apartment is completely new and is currently being completed.
