Space in the countryside, quiet and very cozy, Mr. Fernando is always available for anything we need, recommended great restaurants and places to walk in the surrounding nature. The house is well equipped, it has everything you need for a family stay and even a children's kitchen that my daughter loved to play in. Spectacular stay and there is a market near the house, which makes it a lot easier

this place was amazing! great kitchen amenities, great decoration and attention to detail, fantastic mattress and pillows. felt very homely. the hut is private and has a great nature view to wake up to. top marks for the host providing a very well organized PDF with information on the surroundings and suggestions on what to do and where to eat. we stayed during new year's eve so it was quite cold, but the wood stove worked wonders in warming the place :) clearly the construction of the house is well made with good materials, because the heat was very well preserved throughout the night. we also did a very lovely 4hr hike. for true nature lovers this is an ideal place <3

Javier is most deserving of the 'Superhost' rating. His commitment to excellence is obvious in every detail of the apartment and building. Quality pours off of every aspect. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen, pots and pans etc. all quality. The bed and bedding all great. I cannot say enough good things about Javier and his building - impeccable! The location is unbeatable. The main sites and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The parking garage is conveniently located. Javier was very prompt during all phases of messaging. He provided many recommendations. We were late arriving due to an auto problem. He offered assistance if we needed it. Javier waited patiently and greeted us with a smile. Javier found my wife's gold bracelet and returned it. I accidentally entered a restricted traffic zone. Javier took it upon himself to contact the police and explain my error. Hence I was not ticketed. Just a great place. Do not hesitate to book this place if you go to Merida.

Everything's great, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, unbeatable service, excellent location! This apartment is definitely a winner. We had all the comforts of home!

Rebeca and Ana were exceptional. The house is beautiful, very well cared for and very tastefully decorated. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable from the start. I recommend it. Attentive and pleasant host. The house is equipped with everything you'll need. Two separate bedrooms and two very clean bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to the archaeological site and the party area.

it is worth spending a few days in this house for the comforts and above all for Juani's treatment, always attentive,due to arrival and above all friendly. The very cozy house with all its amenities,the full kitchen, has left us utensils, the truth that is quite good to disconnect. Highly recommended to go on any date. very good value for money, we will come back for sure.

María Luisa was a great host. She guided us with directions to her place. It was really lovely seeing old house with excellent architectural details. Loved it. So well located 20 feet away from plaza. Great restaurants, especially Acebuche which was like 10 feet away. The restaurant owners were so personable, let us sample delicacies of the Extremadura area. Wine “la Raya” outstanding. Jesus and Veronica the proprietors, were jokingly teased by the locals about how attentive they were to us. Just two shmos which they treated like VIPs. Loved Maria’s place, loved Acebuche, loved Villanueva de Fresno.
