Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hector!

Great place for kids to have fun! The house was clean and has one of the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen.

Lorna and Dan were wonderful hosts! They had a new key lock pad put on and when the combo did not work Dan was there in a few minutes to fix everything and took the time to walk us thru the house. Lorna came over with warm bread from the Ki-Bee market….they have a bread machine, a carton of eggs, milk and a pound of Tillamook butter. We really appreciated this personal touch. They also had packets of oatmeal, Kind bars, coffee, creamer, bottled water and plenty of pantry essentials for spices/oils and even boxes of pasta. The property has a large side and back garden. It must be beautiful in the spring and summer! It was snowing when we were there and we watched three squirrels from the dining room table. We even saw a covey of quail that were going across the yard to settle in the brush. We would definitely stay here again!

A very clean and quiet place to stay - nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable. The complex is slightly tucked away, but there is a substantial mini-mall within about 2 blocks, with restaurants and stores. Parking is limited, but there are usually places available.

Ted was an outstanding host! From the initial booking to our departure, they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The property was spotless, and all the amenities were as described. We especially appreciated Ted making sure we had propane for the grill as we ( last minute) decided to grill. Robert even had the outside heater on for us . Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!" We will be back!!!

This was a great place to stay! Centrally located, easy to find, comfortable beds, extra bedding, wonderful cozy blankets, and fluffy towels. The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans needed, but went an extra step with storage containers for leftovers. Nathan was incredibly responsive, even when the issue was our fault! We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights in the master bedroom, and he sent someone over immediately to show us the dimmer switch. (I can’t believe we missed that!) The beds easily sleep 3 couples and the futon couches would sleep another 2 comfortably and 4 snuggly. Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this location and these hosts!

My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice place to relax if your coming to the area. Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay with an incredibly kind host. We booked this stay for a weekend winery trip. Great location for easy access to Red Mountain AVA wineries. It was such a convenient location that my wife and I were able to ride our bikes between several wineries and to dinner. Dee and her husband were extremely kind and helpful. We didn’t have a lot of questions but when we did they were always quick to reply and went out of their way to help us. You can tell Dee put a lot of thought into even the smallest details to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be booking another stay with them in the future.
