Awesome location! Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, a park and the river path. We rode our bikes every day and had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and had some fun touches. Nice, comfortable beds were a definite plus. We would book again.

What a beautiful home for a great price. Rob was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. 1st time staying at the home I was there 13-weeks, booked again for another 3-weeks.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home. Nice apartment, and set up to make it easy for travelers -- the end tables all had plugs so you didn't have to hunt behind furniture for power.
