Vacation rentals in Richmond

We had the most spectacular stay! The hosts love their home and it shows. So many great amenities and touches that made us feel right at home. We are from the US - this is our first trip to NZ and this has been the highlight of our trip so far! We have Air B&B’s back at home and I came away with ideas for our own places to make our guests feel more welcome - that’s the mark of a great stay! We loved walking into town, watching the kids jump from the bridge at high tide, walking the beach and of course, our visits to Abel Tasman were outstanding. The amazing stretch of weather we enjoyed - sunny days, mid-70’s, didn’t hurt. We highly recommend!!

We spent 3 nights as a family. The place is beautiful with incredible beaches and absolute tranquility. The apartment is a luxury, spacious, super clean, with everything you need to spend a spectacular vacation. The view is tremendous both tomorrow and night. Shared pool used by the girls, the truth is we spent on the beach. To facilitate the transfer it is best to have a car, the place has private parking for two cars. The hosts are great, they communicate easily and are there to help at all times but they really have everything you need in place. 3 spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious kitchen with everything you need, in short, of the best places we have been.

My husband, daughter and I loved staying at this beautiful cottage. The place had everything we needed and is well set up for multiple people. Mike welcomed us in person and even picked up our food shopping for us in Motueka which saved an extra forty minutes in the car with a six year old! Very peaceful and private with great walks and river swimming nearby. A great relaxing stay with fantastic hosts; it comes highly recommended and we hope to be back!

Nedda’s place was great - lots of free parking nearby, stunning views, massive TV and very clean and organised. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in Nelson!

Beautiful little home with quirky furnishings. Great location opposite the park. Walk to nice places to swim, eat and drink. Squeaky clean. Lovely stay.

We loved to spend 4 mights in the Kai-pod which oozed of creative and homey atmosphere!!! All we needed was there, the bed, bathroom and kitchen all worked perfectly and the view from our he apartment’s big opening doors and the terrace could not be had any better, wow’ through this lovely place kaiteriteri lived up to its spectacular ree re mutation.
