Vacation rental by the lake, overlooking the mountains and donkeys

Our approx. 40 sqm apartment for 2 people is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance of the Froschhauser See in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a bathing jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house is a small hobby of agriculture - with chickens, a sweet rooster, 3 donkeys, sheep and a cat. There is a private parking space right by the house.

Gemütliches zu Hause in Murnau mit zwei Doppelbetten, Schlafcouch, gemütlicher Wohnzimmerecke mit TV, stilvollem Essbereich, moderner Küche Knoblauchpresse, modernem Bad. Zentrale Lage für Restaurants, Geschäfte, Baden an 3 Seen, Natur, Alpen zum Wandern, Radfahren, Skifahren. 2 Terrassen mit Morgen- und Abendsonne, 5 Min. zur Innenstadt mit vielen tollen Restaurants. Bikes: können sicher unterm Carport angeschlossen werden. Erdgeschoss, daher angenehm kühl im Sommer.

The modern Alpine single-family house invites you to relax in a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. Whether cycling, hiking and skiing in the mountains, water sports on the lakes, the Upper Bavarian cuisine and yet the proximity to the state capital Munich, with us you are sure to have an unforgettable active vacation. If you want to have both bedrooms prepared for two people, please indicate this when booking. Costs can be found here under house rules.

Quaint apartment in old farmhouse/private entrance

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The idyllic Froschhauser See as well as the Riegsee are within walking distance, and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extended walk.
